My name is ash sabbath but you can just call me ash. I’ve been a vocalist for about 6 years now. I sing in a similar way to grunge bands like alice in chains or soundgarden and I also rap, as well as false chord and fry scream. I write my own lyrics and I have a specific creative vision for the band I’m trying to create. I’m looking to form a band that is a fusion of deathcore, nu metal, and grunge. The deathcore side of things will be the main focus for breakdowns and a lot of the riffs and the nu metal side of things will have a more modern take on the hip hop elements within nu metal. The grunge influence is mainly from my singing style but I would like to occasionally do some softer songs and have certain sections of hard songs that sound grungy.
