ABOUT

I like doing all types of music that work for the band, with covers being within reason to the original. I believe we have a creative license to do our spin on a song or songs (medley). I'm an artist looking to make great music that's fun to play, the band sounds good doing, and the crowd is receptive to. If the band has fun so will the crowd!

I feel it is important that the crowd has a good time and likes the band. It tells me if we are doing things right and undoubtedly makes it easier to get work.

This means sometimes playing songs the crowd wants to hear, but may not be a band favorite (usually because you played them a lot.). The bigger the crowd, the happier the bar owner, the more money, the bigger the gigs get, and on and on.... Let's face it; if you draw a good crowd every time then you are doing it right! Rock on!

I also like mixing in some originals tunes during a gig to get real-time feedback.
