ABOUT

As with many things in life, the majority of us strive to make our dream(s) a reality. While I believe in destiny, I also believe it does not simply land in your lap but rather you encounter your destiny over the course of time.
I have never lost my desire to sing and be a part of something whether by myself in a lounge, backup vocals, duet/harmonize or in a group. Music is my soul. Without it I fail to exist. From choir girl to high school musicals, from benefits to weddings, I am never more comfortable than when on stage.
Around 2002 I found myself in 3 different studios in the Oklahoma City area where I had the time of my life. Being a single mom and working full time it was a matter of priority therefore financially unable to continue with the goal of finishing the master track. Karoake and open mike night became my friend two weekends a month when I could let loose. It was there I could at least be in my realm and be me.
Years passed, kids grew having families of their own hence my move to Ft. Myers 4 years ago. Although I am full time RN I need to have the other part of me back. I need to complete what I started so long ago.
Having reached once again into my souls desire to rekindle this chapter of my life, I found BandMix. It’s with this that perhaps someone will say “Hey come on up...let’s see what you got”!
