Hey, my name is Josh. I am looking to form/join a band that plays metal/rock, alternative, industrial (I am open and flexible to other sub genres of rock/metal if it flows with the creative direction of the band). I am naturally creative and have written many album concepts/lyrics for solo projects. I have produced my own albums for the past five years (experimenting with live distorted guitars/effects, making beats, using virtual instruments, and singing/screaming/growling). I want to add, that whoever is playing guitar can have my electric guitar. (it is a solid guitar) The albums I made are creative, but since I have not learned instruments besides being trained on drums for a few months in the past, (also some experience playing conga/bongo/tribal drums) they are limited and not what I want in terms of quality sound/creative depth, etc. (Check a few songs out that are on my profile) I feel like creating with other artists in a band setting would maximize my potential as an artist and hopefully my fellow band members as well. I also would be fulfilled knowing that we gave it our all as a band and we maximized our potential by working together as one artistic group. I am drawn to metal/rock and can growl/scream, but also sing well (in my opinion). I also like acoustic songs and have some experience singing with another artist playing the guitar. I also feel that my energy and voice goes along with that side/duality (light and dark) of song writing. Additionally, I am naturally good at finding the appropriate rhythms and flow of a song to add vocals to in relation to the song’s energy and dynamics. I am flexible with creating songs and albums and would like to collaborate with you.
