My name is Kevan pronounced just like Kevin, I've been playing guitar for many years and plan on continuing to play it till the day that I just can't anymore. I've been playing guitar for a bit over 10 years now and play at home almost every night, it's kind of like a musical therapy for me after a long day of stress from work.
The biggest thing for me is I've never performed live before. I've played in front of friends and family and put up a couple videos of my playing up on the internet, but I've just never played on stage before. And it's not that I'm afraid of it or anything, I just never had the opportunity to perform with other band members. Most of my time is spent practicing or playing along with a backing track.

Influences
My biggest influence would be Joe Bonamassa so most of my playing tries to mirror his sound and style. The blues and blues-rock genre has been a big part of my life for a very long time and it is my choice of music. People like Eric Clapton, BB King, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jonny Lang, Gary Moore, Jeff Beck and Eric Johnson (etc.) are all other's that I enjoy to listen and play along to their backing tracks as well.
