Performance and Event Complex
Imagine being a performing artist and having a performance event space with full stage and recording capabilities to showcase your show as well as a completely different practice space which also doubles as a party room so you can invite friends and play without even moving your equipment! All this under the same roof with access to cable pressing as well.

THE BALLROOM

This event space includes a 52'x21' ballroom with 21'x13' performance stage, reception area (insert size) dining room and kitchen.
The stage comes complete with multi track recording capabilities and sound reinforcement for the ballroom.
Live recording comes with extensive microphone collection state of the art digital recording for Both your live event or a engineered multitrack recording session using the many types of spaces which include the stage, the ballroom, isolation rooms and some spaces with unique spacial acoustics like high ceilings and long hallways.
The tracks generated will be available and part of the rental and you can also have those tracks mixed at our partner Mt.Saturn fully analogue tape and vintage analogue board and mic-preamp console. The tracks can also be mixed in the state of the art digital suite. A full array of mastering tools is available as well a vinyl pressing.

THE CORNER BAR PRACTICE STUDIO

The corner bar is a practice room rental space which can also be rented as an event or party space with a vintage bar and pool table. So a music group can rent the space by the hour to practice and rent the space for the night for a party room with a bandstand.

This space comes with a full backline and PA/monitor system and a feed to the recording facility.

Influences

Grew up on 60s/70s music got into progressive then orchestral - I'm an advanced composer and write for most instruments. I have been programming synthesis from modular through digital since 77. My studio is state of the art. I'm doing projects for performance. Ultimately I like doing original music with people who can contribute to the writing. But this space is for all kinds of projects.
