I've played rhythm and bass and sang in Rock and Country bands. I have a very good understanding of harmony and figuring out and arraigning back-up parts. Rhythm guitar is called that for a reason and different songs require different approaches. And I don't mind playing in an amateur band but I won't play in a band that sounds like one. No Fake Books allowed.

Influences
I've always been attracted to the obscure bands and their music. HP Lovecraft from the late '60s, the Grays, Rooney, the music of Bryan MacLean, Jacsque Brel, Skip Ewing among other song writers. Of course the groups that have/had the great harmonies- CSN, Beatles, Beach Boys, Queen. I've always had a affinity for jazz and application of some of those nuances.
EQUIPMENT
Guitars, basses, Synths, resos, steel guitars, etc. accumulated over 45 years of interest in all kinds of music.
