36sunrise (formally Rise Above and Blue Shift) is in search for a new guitarist. We recently parted ways with our old guitarist and are in search for a musician with passion and drive like ours. Our style is melodic rock mixed with pop and alternative rock. Influences include Incubus, Anberlin, Trapt, Quietdrive, Dropping Daylight, The Fray, Augustana, etc. We are an established group with a good following and great contacts with venues, recording studios, producers, engineers, and management. We have had the privilege of opening and playing with such acts as Better Than Ezra, Story of the Year, Anberlin, Emery, Gatsby's American Dream and Pomeroy.
