I have been dying to get on stage for some time, and now I think is the time to go for it. I taught myself bass at age 16 and learned largely the way most of us have: playing what you hear on CD's, the radio, or be. I live in La Crosse and am ready to jump right into a group of like-minded musicians.

Influences
Geddy Lee (virtuosity) , Mark Hoppus (personality) , Michael Balzary (stage presence) , and Chris Squire (technicality) would be my top four. I could go on for a bit, though.

EQUIPMENT
I have two guitars, one of which is my original Rouge LX200B (it needs a good cleanup) and the other is a Yamaha bass. I have one amp but need a new chord for it.
