Hey there, I'm David. I grew up in a family of professional musicians, I've been playing music all my life and it is my passion and love.

I'm primarily a rock, metal, and blues guitarist; I can play lead and rhythm in these genres at a high level. I've spent the last 8 years in a hard rock cover band playing things like Van Halen, Poison, Alice in Chains, Rage Against the Machine, Greenday, Nickelback, Avenged Sevenfold, etc.

I'm somewhat fresh to the Orlando area and will be looking for something new. I'm open to about anything but I'd be most interested in some blues-rock. I want to get back to writing and playing originals, but am happy playing a mix of covers as well.

I'm mostly looking for some weekend warrior stuff. I have too many other things in my life for a band to be my main focus. That is, unless, the perfect touring offer were to come along for a project that really spoke to me (and for an amount of money to make it worth it of course).

I'm also interested in folk and bluegrass where I can branch out from guitar only. I'd love to be able to play my collection of fun instruments like bass, mandolin, banjo, hammer dulcimer, etc.

EQUIPMENT

I have multiple guitars to fulfill any genre.

I have two main rigs, both setup to be suitable for venues from bars with no monitoring to arenas with in-ear monitoring. My classic tube rig is my favorite for blues to moderately heavy rock. If I'm doing anything high gain or avant-garde I'd use my Axe-FX.

I have dozens of other instruments including traditional Chinese instruments, bluegrass instruments, medieval instruments, etc.
