Best known as the driving force as a semi-retired webmaster of AvaZinn, host of “Vote for the Girls with Ava Zinn & Alexandra Moffitt” and the animated comedy-drama “Queen of the Willis”, Ava Zinn is also a music enthusiast frequently using them for interpretations of pop music or cracking jokes at the expense of Josh Kaufman, Alisan Porter, or Avril Lavigne.
In 2004, Ava socially transitioned from male to female.
In 2011, Ava auditioned for the 11th season of “American Idol” meeting the likes of Erika Van Pelt, Heejun Han, Hallie Day. Zinn’s audition at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh not only changed her life, but also put “Vote for the Girls” on the map for good.
In 2018, after 22 years in Marion, Indiana, Ava relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana.
In 2020, Zinn plans to revive her music career and plans to release “40 Years, 40 Songs”, a collection of covers from 1983 to 2022.
