ABOUT

I’m currently in a band called Sacred Cube. Our rehearsal spot in on Collingdale, PA. We need a bassist. It’s me(35yr) on drums, Chris(50yr) on Vox and Anthony(45yr) on guitar. Chris has a couple songs where he’ll play guitar too but only a couple. Lol.. We are a straight up modern rock n roll band- not interested in playing covers. Playing drums for 20 plus years. Guitar is my 2nd Instrument. My skill level with guitar is like-I could definitely fill in for a Rhythm guitarist if he couldn’t do the show.

I joined this band about 8 months ago. They’ve been around since 2012-2017 and then they were on a hiatus without a drummer and a bass player but Chris & Ant would always be writing and Jamming since. They’ve played about 90 different venues:

World Cafe Live (Philly & Del)
The Trocadero
XO Lounge
North Star Bar
The Grape Room
Voltage Lounge
Chaplin's
Smiling Moose (Pittsburgh)
Sullivan Hall (New York)
Desmond's Tavern (New York)
Mojo 13 (Del)
The Rusty Nail
The Fire
Gunners Run
Sacred Cube is an original, rockin, riffin, melodic band sharing our love of music. A band that does not try to sound like anyone else, just write and perform music that has energy and moves us. Sacred Cube is a blend of classic, alternative, and modern rock with a touch of blues and punk. Our goal is to be a modern rock band that brings passion and energy to music that captivates an audience.

I feel so honored to be a part of this band. These guys are the real deal. We all take this stuff pretty serious.

They have a video on be from Doc Watsons & The Legendary DoBBs playing a song called “bliss” that would give you an idea what we sound like. Not the best quality I mean it was from like 2014 or some sh*t but It made me want to jam after seeing/hearing them… us now lol

There is a record Sacred Cube recorded with about 12 songs on it but I’m not gonna put anything out unless it’s a serious inquiry.

We are all pretty dedicated to rehearsing every Sunday or Saturday for 2-3 hours.

Nobody does drugs but they will have a beer or 2 on occasion. I am in recovery myself so I don’t drink, drug or smoke weed.

Hit me up and please, Serious inquiries ONLY!!

EQUIPMENT

I use my guitarists’ Kit-He’s got a Pearl Export Series I replaced the heads and some cymbals.(paiste pst7).

He also has professional gear. You name it he has it. Sound board, amps, guitars, bass guitars, snakes, tube amps, Mesa/boogie, Marshall, blackstar, mixers,

He also has a rehearsal space.

Alesis nitro mesh e drum kit
For home practice

Guitars:
Dean Michael Schenker Retro V
Jackson RRX24 upgraded FLoyd rose original
Squier Contemporary Floyd Rose
Squier Showmaster tuned to C# Standard
Squier Bullet Strat that I put a Floyd Special on, upgraded pots to 500k and put a no name humbucker in the bridge and I’m loving it (Project guitar)

For Amp I’m using a 15watt EVH5150iii LBX and I either use headphones or I tapped in to my Line 6 15w Spider combo as a cabinet at the moment. Which actually works great and I can’t even turn it up past 3 OR even put attenuator past 3.5 watts!!!
Oh yeah and when I use Headphones I run it through a Weber Headphone Tap then back through the line 6 spider and back out THE headphone jack as a speaker emulator and into a mini mixer which works really well.

Hope whoever reads this doesn’t think Im just a loser pig with no skills.
