Hi I sing for the Progressive Metal band Doctor Kerosene. The bands played numerous shows all throughout the city but unfortunately I only got to play my first with the band before our drummer retired. I'm a dedicated musician excited to play more shows and record along with everyone else in the band. We just have to get passed this fork in our road.Or group consists of trained musicians holding degrees from Peabody, Temple, Berklee and University of the Arts. DK is heavy, moody, technical, entertaining, and hopefully conveys a sense of humor with influences from bands like Dream Theater, Between The Buried and Me, Muse, Coheed & Cambria, Lamb of God, Iron Maiden, 30 Seconds to Mars, Nine Inch Nails, Refused, AFI, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, The Cult and many others from many different eras of rock/metal music. Were looking for someone with double bass chops, a sense of groove, able to commit to rehearsals twice a week able to commute to our rehearsal space in the North East but most importantly a developed drummer excited to push the conventions of rock and metal music.
