From fourth grade to graduation from Notre Dame Academy Girls' High School, I had nine years of training to be a piano teacher with a teacher accredited with the correspondence course from Sherwood Music School in Chicago.
I also make Native flutes, bamboo flutes, play silver flute, keyboards, guitar,compose original poem/songs, have copywrited my wok in 1998 with the Library of Congress under the title Asha's songs, am director of a non-profit serving artists and craftspeople in the Pacific NW, and will be putting on benefit concerts soon for the White Buffalo for Peace who are running out of winter hay near the Grand Canyon in AZ.
