We are a three piece band looking to expand in members (2nd guitarist and or keyboard/synth who maybe can sing a little) and further push our musical sound. We are a pretty fun and unique using our knowledge of music theory and individual deep feel for music to come together and make something that we love. The product has been an uptempo progressive rock band with and underling jazz feel as well as out right jazz and accapella sections. The vocals have more of a dramatic feel because we are telling a story through our music and are looking to continue the story through at least 2 more albums.
We try not to limit ourselves to one style and play whatever we feel fits the story. Our full length which will we are finishing by the end of september has some uptempo straight ahead tunes, a ballad, some more roots based clean driven songs, an ambient track, some melancholy rock songs, jazz openings, accepella openings and more. Pretty much a nice balance that we've unified with a vocal, drum, bass, and guitar sound that is all its own. We also experiment with time, tempo, noise (sometimes), and keys.
So yeah that is a bunch about us. We are looking for someone who would want to get down with a project like this. Who will give there creative energy in the writing process, is willing to try new things, is down to improv when needed or felt, and will be committed and giving to the music. We ask that you know some music theory or at least have a super super good ear. You don't have to like all the music we like because the three of us are pretty diverse in what we enjoy and for that reason we have been able to create something different that we all love.
