ABOUT

I've been playing off and on since HS (1996). Was in a college band (Americana) at Tennessee Tech (2007-2009) for a short time before I left to focus on my studies so I could graduate on time. I have not been in a band since and have pretty much just played by myself in my off time. I spent a year in my church choir learning from one of the best music directors in the area to sing as a bass but with more upper registry vocals. I have a deep voice so it was a challenge.

Right now, I'm just looking for some locals who want to get together to make music without a lot of commitment. I'm not a big fan of just playing covers, I like to be a part of something creative. If I was to form a band right now, it would be something along the lines of a Creed influenced Christian band. Who said Jesus doesn't like reverb, overdrive, and distortion? I still live in the 90's musically so some form of alternative rock would be awesome too.

*Note: I do NOT do drugs or drink. I'm not saying I don't want to associate with people who use drugs recreationally or are alcoholics but it is a preference.
