Just a cool dad looking for a creative outlet. I've played guitar for maybe close to two decades now. I played in a shoegaze/post-rock band called Phantom Wilds (you can view it on Spotify) in West Texas. We've put out a full album, played a setlist with Cursive, headlined a local show or two, got played on the radio a couple of times. Now, I've moved back to Guam and I'm looking to start up some music.
I generally would like to play something along the lines of midwestern emo / math rock or shoegaze, dreampop. When it comes to play style, I prioritize groove, melody, and texture over musical complexity and loudness.
