Hi! I'm Arya, I'm 14, and I play the drums and I've been playing for about 4 years now and to say I'm passionate about playing and being involved with music is a huge understatement. I love playing the drums and I can easily be practicing every day. In terms of experience, as I said before, I've been playing for about 4 years. I started out with learning the basics from my dad, and then moving on to private lessons at School of Rock Issaquah, which you might have heard of. I have been steadily building up my talents and abilities as my learning continues. I am also very experienced in performing and I love it as I have performed a lot with School of Rock and a former independent band that I used to be in. While performing and playing are strong suits of mine, I also really love songwriting and I am pretty experienced with it. 70% of the time I can be found writing drums, but I can also be writing lyric and guitar melodies on piano, and lyrics themselves. Recently, I parted ways with my former band, and I just have an undeniable "hunger" to start a new journey and make music again, so here I am!
