we lost our drummer and singer and our practice space. We are looking for experienced drums and vocals for eighty's hair metal . we played 5 gigs and started to develop a pretty good following . For vocals, we are seeking someone to front the band who is an experienced singer, that is actually taking or has taken some vocal lessons and who's willing to dress and look the part as well. we put on an authentic eighty's show that includes dressing the part, eye liner and all!
Please, if 80's metal isn't your favorite don't just "give it a shot". We put in too much work to have to start over when you decide you really prefer playing ska or grunge.
We are late 30's early 40's, easy going and serious about entertaining. We will put in the effort and have the connections to gig as soon as we have at least 1 set ready.
Practices will be 2x a week and we can gig as much as everyone is willing.
The biggest thing now is we need a singer who can be our Sebastian Bach without the drama.

EQUIPMENT
We each have most of what we need and can afford to buy what ever gear we need.
Most likely our gig setup will be a FOH PA with backline amps for punch. Warning, I use a GNX4 with MFXsupermodels, so if you are an audiophile and can't tolerate any non-organic sound it will be too difficult to change considering the range of songs we will do would require a ridiculous amount of gear to sound authentic. I will spend tons of time getting emulations 99% correct and will not play if something sounds digital to 95% of the world but will never be able to satisfy that last 5%.
