Hailing from the N.Y.C. metro area, with an abundance of attitude, emotion, and raw power in their arsenal, ATTENTION DEFICIT SOCIETY is a Modern Alternative Rock/ Metal band with catchy vocal hooks & driving rhythms.
Formed in late 2008 as a “studio project”, ADS has since become a serious musical force. The band features MIKE MAY on Drums, JEFF SCOTT on Bass, and CHARLIE SABIN on Guitars/ Vocals. Add to the mix a wide array of well known guest musicians stopping by to play on the record and you will have the forthcoming debut effort from ADS.
Based mostly on true life experience, the bands vocalist/songwriter/ guitarist CHARLIE SABIN explains “our lyrical content runs the gamut from addiction and relationships, to the mental mind f*ck each and every one of us have to deal with on a daily basis.” “We write straight from the heart, with no pretence and have actually lived through this sh*t!”(Laughs)
Together with producer TARIK SOLONGI, SABIN and company are writing and recording material for their upcoming debut CD at Prime Time Studios in Mt. Vernon N.Y.
