I'm BAASSIK (say "basic")

Professional, self-taught female electric bass guitar, (4 & 5 string bass), player seeking PAID musical work. (Online consultation,( Bass guitar),Performances, teaching artist in schools, recordings, demos etc). Reasonable rates for rehearsal, shows etc.

• Performed in ten (10) countries world-wide.
• Volunteers as Bass Guitar instructor and Band Coach at The Wille Mae Rock Camp for Girls.
• Participated in the 2010 Jazz At Lincoln Center Rhythm Road Tour: American Music Abroad Program with the hip hop band, The Lo Frequency (frm Chen Lo and the Liberation Family)

I also compose grooves for house, ambient etc. See my link below.

Influences include various R &B/Funk greats (Jamerson, Fred Thomas), as well as Paul McCartney and others.
