Bill has been playing acoustic guitar and singing (not professionally) for 20+ years. I think he's awesome. I just started playing drums a few months ago and seem to have a pretty natural rhythm. We don't gig but we're open to anything. We jam in my basement a couple times a week. We sure could use a lead guitar or keyboards. Maybe another vocals. Personally, I could play 7 nights a week and never get enough but Bill works days so he's a little more limited.

Equipment List:

My basement has a decent setup with a 24 channel mixer, a 4 track recorder, a computer and a cassette deck recording output from the mixer. We can jam with the headphones or output via the PA system. Everything plugs into a DI Box so all you need to bring is your instrument. No amp needed. Makes it a little easier. We generally record every jam. We really enjoy listening to the jam and a good way to improve is to listen to yourself.
