Benjamin Del Shreve has been writing and touring for over a decade. A traveler by heart; he has made the bohemian lifestyle a trademark of all his work.
His songwriting is a constant wrestling match between the lover and the poet, and the asskicker. Songs like "Flower Gazer" explains how everyone has two shoulders, one's for people to cry on while the other one has a chip on it. "Cause there's a time to make love I know but I know that there's a time to just kick some ass"! The song "Girl From Spain" coins the phrase "I am romances passionate younger brother yeah the one with the chip on it's shoulder". "We just want to make people more alive", says Shreve of his band and he.
