SEEKING
Band to Join, Lead Guitar, Keyboard.ABOUT
I am looking for a solid keyboard player to play original material at paid Open Mic events at locations where college-aged audiences congregate. I would also like you to periodically lay down studio tracks for the original songs that you've learned for the project. Should be familiar with music theory, and some background in classical and/or Jazz preferred.
You will be paid for EVERY rehearsal, and of course for EVERY performance and recording session. Also, the time commitment is very reasonable, and should not conflict with the commitments needed for your main band gig. Open Mic gigs are very short (only about 3 original songs per performance.) This is a fun, interesting gig with good pay for the right person.

EQUIPMENT
We bought a Yamaha moXF-6 keyboard workstation for this project, but I only play at the beginner level, and need a stand-alone keyboard.collaborator who can jam to modern, Pop beats with an R&B influence. We can use this keyboard or your gear (your choice.)
We own a small, simple recording studio. We use a Neumann TLM 103 mic, run through an Apollo twin interface, plugged into a MacBook Pro. We run Pro Tools and Abelton, with Ozone for mixing and stem mastering before we export it to a bigger studio.
