Created by musicians for musicians. We offer a full range of new & vintage professional gear, 40 years of experience, great rates & superb sound. Our rooms have been acoustically designed for the optimum live performance and future recording projects with one thing in mind -- musicians and their sounds. Our goal is for you to be entirely comfortable where you play and just concentrate on creativity and making music. We welcome solo artists rolling tracks to groups of 20-- all size groups and configurations. We cater to local bands, single artists, and chorus ensembles; regional studio musicians rehearsing national artists for local tours; production/ management companies hosting showcases and/or listening sessions for the industry. Soundstage and collaborative-style rooms are available with ample seating areas.
We have designed our rooms for vocals, and to that end have lled two independent sound systems in every room which is how we guarantee your vocals will be on top (if you want them there). Our back lines are cyclically rotated for regular maintenance and every piece of equipment is kept in peak operating condition. All drum skins are changed on a regular basis. Guitars, keyboards, cymbals, hardware, handheld percussion and accessories including straps, special connectors and wires are all available at no charge if the need arises.

History
Established in 2011.
Our intent in building this facility was to reinvent the music rehearsal studio. Being musicians with broadcast systems-building experience, we always found something wrong with the rooms that we rented. We needed to create a place where all musicians could go and not have to deal with attitudes; half-working gear; straining our voices to hear harmonies; horrible sounding rooms that were claustrophobic and dirty; difficult to reach locations, limited operating hours or outrageously expensive rates.

Rates
Rates are based upon group size as our rooms are all nearly 500 sq ft. albeit with different layouts.
Everything is included, there are no add-ons or upcharging. The price is the price and we always meet or exceed competitor's pricing.
Regularly booked bands receive bulk discounts for pre-scheduled slots.
Drum teachers are welcomed at special rates.
Lockouts are welcomed at any hour, with or without security and/or food service.
