I am looking to join or form a good local band that gigs regularly. I would.be most interested in a good blues rock band that has a Rolling Stones, Faces, Flying Burrito Brothers, blues era Fleetwood Mac, etc. feel. Work on the arrangements and stage sound, 5-piece.
Also would love to do a side project Radiohead tribute, Atom Heart Mother tribute, ideas?
I also play the THEREMIN - Space Rockers out there?
Multi-genre musician, best at bass, with a lot of experience in small and medium clubs. Studio and sound tech. Good stage presence, I show up ready to play. I can read charts and I have experience in community pit bands, musicals and orchestras as well as rock, blues, folk. I find time to practice every day. I was forced to pick 4 genres but given I have done everything from a David Bowie Tribute band to Sweeny Todd, lots of genX indie music and classic rock cover bands I can't really say I am any one type. I like to practice prog rock because of the challenge. I like good old folky oompah stuff too.
Working on getting better at vocals, play reasonable rhythm guitar and in the studio I have done keyboards, upright bass, trumpet and the theremin. NOTE: For the Spindrift Videos I am the studio bass player for these recordings, I am not in the videos.
