ABOUT

Rick, 38 years old, vocalist. I have a friend who plays in bands and wanted to start a band with me, but I moved away and now we are too far apart. She has begged me to "Do something" with music, so I'm hoping to meet other musicians who would be interested in maybe doing something together. It could be jamming at the house, or playing in bars..I don't care, as long as we have a good time. I definitely prefer a more "ensemble" feel than simply being involved with a band that is a star vehicle for one person. It would be awesome to be in a band with other people who also sing, to do a variety of music, to trade harmonies and vocals, etc. I do not sight read music, but can reproduce notes that I hear rather well, and am willing to learn to sight read.
