Deja Blue is a working band in the Bangor area and we play three to five weekend nights a month.
We are committed to playing the BLUES both traditional and modern though we prefer to play old school. our regular spots include Bloomfields in Skowhegan, Carolina Sports and Spirits in Bangor, Parkers Bar and Grille in Ellsworth, Club 132 in Belfast and The Bar Harbor Blues Authority in Bar Harbor.

Influences:

Our influences are as varied as the music. Muddy Water, Elmore James, Buddy Guy, Sun House and on and on. We love the new stuff and cover Tab Benoit frequently. Popa Chubby seems to find a spot in our gigs as well

Equipment List:

Toby plays strat and tele Fender guitars througha vintage repro tweed tube amp.
T-bone plays a wide variety of basses through many different amps, it's cool to see the stuff he shows up with to gig or practice. Dan-o sings through vintage and modern mics puffed up by a 1000 watt pa by JBL and Yamaha.

Toby Williams lead guitar playing seriously for twenty years. Fender and Fender.
Jimmy Rorden drummer playing seriously for fifteen or so years.

Dan-O Front man been doing this seriously for 7 years.
We have been friends and band mates since 1999. We took some time off from gigging and reformed in 2005. We have recorded our first live album and have done a self release.Studio time is in the future. Our new bassist is Tony Nedik and he has been playing professionally on and off for twenty or so years.
