ABOUT

I sang in choruses many years ago. I have been taking voice lessons for over two years. I am very young for my age - really. I was singing Ray Charles when I was five-years old. “Ruby,” and “You Don’t Know Me,” were two of my favorites. There was a lot of singing in my family. Some of my favorite musicians are: Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, Nat King Cole, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Roy Orbison, Aretha Franklin, Tommy Tucker, Stevie Wonder, Joe Cocker, Tommy Tucker, etc. I am animated and like to dance around a bit while I am singing. While I may not have reached the level of success that I am happy with, I have a lot of passion, can stay on key, can read (just the basics) some theory, am teachable and can take direction well.
