I am a drummer looking to form or join a band with the same or similar interests and influences: Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden (old)Metallica(up to Master of Puppets pretty much)Slayer,Scorpions, etc. I can also play the bass and guitar to pretty much everything I can play on the drums. I can sing and drum but cannot sing and play guitar. I want to play with like minded people that are serious enough to want to sound good but realistic enough to not expect to become superstars. I do not want to deal with anyone thats just looking to party and jam - I don't drink and I'm not into drugs so I am serious about that.

I listed the major influences above. Sabbathe Metallica, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Pro-Pain, LOA - I'd be here all day listing'em all - but thats the basics.
I am serious enough to want to sound good enough to eventually play out but realistic enough to know that I will probably not become a sper star. And I dont deal with EGOISTS very well all.
EQUIPMENT
I Have a 10 pc. dbl. bass Gretsch drum kit TMTL. I also have enough equipment to have a 1man band w/practice space. I have 2 Hartke 60 GT tubers w/4x8 bottoms, aSamson 300 watt PA and a Sonic 200 watt PA running thru an Alesis multiFX mixer to 6 EV cabs-numerous cables etc, and mics. Basically enough to play-Just no one to play with with the same influences experience etc. I'm serious enough to want to sound good but realistic to know that it would be mostly for fun.
