Dear reader, my name is Boris Grigorian. I am jazz pianist, keyboarder, organ player and producer/engineer. I came from a musical family in Moscow, Russia. My father is a jazz pianist/producer and my mom is a classical pianist. Since childhood I was raised in music atmosphere and can't imagine my life without music. Currently I am student at Berklee college of Music in Boston on Music Production and Engineering, and Performance Majors. Back in Moscow
Before coming to Boston at Berklee, I lived and studied in Moscow at Igor Butman's college "Jazz Academy" in the class of the incredible professor Evgeniy Lebedev. My working career began when I was 16 years old, after I became the winner of the most important award in Russia in the field of pop and jazz music "Grants of the Mayor of Moscow". Also, I am a resident of the Kozlov Club and Esse jazz clubs in Moscow, where I performed with my own project, and also played with many jazz, classical ensembles, artists and cover bands as a keyboardist/pianist, among them: Eric Kholmatov, Victoria Antonyan, QASQAD, Varvara Revnyuk, Alexander Lazin, MoscowGOSPELteam and many others.

Among all these bands and artists, I would like to tell you about a couple of such jobs where I worked as an arranger, producer and pianist. I was honored to be invited to participate as a jazz pianist and arranger in four projects with Yuri Bashmet in 2020. Yuri Bashmet is one of the most significant conductors in the world, the head of the New Russia State Symphony Orchestra, and a Grammy winner (2008). One of Bashmet's projects, where I was invited in 2020, was "Rendezvous in Moscow", a musical based on the music of A. Tchaikovsky. In April 2021, the musical went on a tour of Russia, covering almost the entire country.
I started working as a music producer in October 2020 at the Gorky Moscow Art Theater (Moscow Art Theater named after Gorky), Moscow. Then I was invited to become a music producer in two productions: "Roman Seven Days a Week" and "The Mythical Husband and his Dog." In addition to my role as a producer, I also worked in these two shows as an arranger, conductor, ensemble leader and jazz pianist.

I have also worked with many Russian pop artists as a full-time keyboardist, among them: Vanya Dmitrienko, ANI LORAK, Kvatro, Alex Sparrow, Alyona Sviridova. I also took part in the projects of these artists as an assistant producer. My role was to play the artist's songs and work on song arrangements.
In 2023, I started working for the RAAVA music label in Moscow. There are many aspiring artists and rappers on this label, and I had the opportunity to work with several artists as a producer and keyboardist, including ANDRO, ELMAN and TONY as a second producer. My part of the job was working on the artist's music and preparing it for the concert. As well as arranging the parts of musicians for concert videos and shows.
