ABOUT
Hi! I'm Brian. I'm currently 18 years old. Ever since i can remember, I've wanted to join a band. My problem is that the only musical talent i have is vocals. Ive been singing for 7 years, and I was in the vocal magnet at my highschool. Ive done many choral performances, but never had the opportunity to sing in an actual band. (Unless you count the game "Rockband" which i'm awesome at!) So i need a band strictly looking for a lead vocalist and lyricist. I am open to any genre of rock, but mainly looking for a modern/indie rock sounding band. I want a band that is on the lines of The Killers or Vampire Weekend. I think that type of band would be the best for my vocal type. But i can do a gritty rock voice and scream if needed. I do not know how to write music, but I do know what sounds match well with accompaniment. That doesnt mean i'm not open to having my other band mates pitch in with the lyrics and singing notes, in fact, i welcome it. I'm a college student at Champlain College, so scheduling might be a little tricky to fit around that. But i'm sure we can work it out. Thanks!
