Lovers of music,
During the 60s and 70s, in high school and into college, i played electric bass and sang backup in rock bands near San Francisco. I also sang backup and played some 6 string guitar. So already you know I’m in an older age group.
Now I sing in a church choir (okay, I know this is hardly a qualification for a rock band), and I’m taking piano lessons, primarily learning to read music.
I would love to connect with some similarly-minded folks to play, sing and have fun. Age is not an issue for me; however, we might all have more fun if the members aren’t all teens plus one geezer. (Possible band name: “Young Turks And A Geezer”)
Not a lot of recent experience, but I’ll work to get better quickly!
