Music used to be my career; I started a garden company a few years ago and now that's my occupation during the weekdays, but on the weekends I want to put on a cowboy suit and pick some tunes in a crowded bar.
I grew up playing classical violin, then spent many years following the path of acoustic bluegrass, delta blues, and old-time until a couple years ago when I got my first electric guitar and finally felt at home. For the past year or so, I have been doing a multi-instrumental live-looping show with an extensive pedalboard plus electric guitar, electric fiddle, electric banjo, and even some noise music. But it's more fun with friends.
I like to reinvent old songs and discover new ones that haven't been heard. I like to go on extended instrumental explorations. I like to play melodies and tell stories. I like making people dance. I can lead a band, and I can follow. I want to find other musicians who are on the same page and push each other's limits on stages in front of people
