genres I would prefer playing. War metal, Dsbm, Black metal, Doom metal, Trash, Experimental metal, brutal death metal, death metal, and possible emo music as well. started playing a year ago, and I spend around 4-6 hours a day playing and learning. no I'm not a practical learner I learn off emotions/feel and I'm still understanding about equipment and other little things that musicians should know so any common scene to you might not be for me just a fyi. I would say I'm just getting good at guitar, probably the borderline of intermediate. My goal is to produce harsh brutal music. and if I can't find a band, I will become a one-man metal band. either way I'm making music... I would just like to find band that I can learn from and work from the come-up. I don't care about making money from the music but more of the experience of playing underground with a band, "living the experience."
