My name is Chad Sylva. I currently live in Franklin, TN.

I have over 20 years playing experience in Prog Rock, Jazz, Pop, CCM, Acoustic, Funk, Alternative and Classic Rock bands. I have a professional work ethic and no addictions. I am also an acomplished percussionist. I work well with vocalists as a sideman, or in full band situations. I pay close attention to vocalists to not crowd or overpower their performances. Dynamics and feel are musical priorities, as well as showmanship (when needed).

I am available for local, touring or session work. I am looking for semi pro to professional situations that I can be most effective in (no pay -to-play, or free beer please!). I learn fast and work hard. I also own a studio and can do drum tracking work from home.
