I've played in many bands over the years. Most of my long-term commitments have been with horn bands, but I've been in several dance bands and R&B based bands. I'm not looking at this as an income supplement, though of course that's great. I'm into making music that's enjoyable and played at it's best!

Influences
Guitar influences are Gary Moore, Terry Kath, and the Allman Brothers. Music favorites are Deep Purple, Tower of Power, any big band, Chicago, Yes, Asia, the Ides of March, the Allman Brothers - seriously - a little bit of everything.

EQUIPMENT
I find a Strat really fits the bill in almost every situation, but in a straight rock band, nothing beats a Les Paul. I have about a dozen guitars and switch them up when the mood strikes me. I have amps that also work for any situation. I also have a portable PA, monitors and lighting.
