I'm an older guy who has played in many cover and original bands over the last 30+ years. At this stage in my life, I prefer playing gigs local to the North Shore (or north of Boston) and not have to travel too far (an hour or more is too far and generally not worth it to me unless it is a special annual gig or something like that). I know most of the top requested songs and also a lot of songs that span 60s to 2000s. I'm currently looking to join a gigging cover band on a more permanent basis; preferably one that already has gigs lined up (but I'm open to a startup band if everyone is experienced/professional/and on the same page). My preference would be to gig 1 - 2 times per week (but less is ok). I learn the songs and come prepared, and typically don't require any rehearsals (but I'm open to rehearsing if needed). I'm available as a fill-in as well.
