Recently relocated experienced, professional guitar player/many year front man looking for work. I want to join or form a band for paying gigs. I’m interested in originals and obscure covers done in my own style. 20 year professional career with 11 CD’s to my credit on Indy labels, 4 with my own band (mostly original music) and 7 others as side/guest or featured guitarist.
Influences:
My style is a compilation of SRV, Hendrix, T Bone Walker, Gatemouth, Ronnie Earl, Terry Kath and Paul Kosoff of Free but I don’t want to bill necessarily as a blues band. Newer influences and music style include Cake, Rage, Steve Earl, Robert Randolph, etc.. I’m experimental and open to all music and want to continue to evolve my original style that seems to work with audiences.
Equipment List:
I play electric, acoustic, steel body Dobro and lap steel. I bring vintage Vibrolux, Fender Strats and pedal board, Echoplex, electronic and vintage drums. I also have a great PA, monitors, mics etc... I have to say I have a great sound.
