I’m 17 years old, and I’ve been singing on stage since I was in kindergarten(pretty much since I could talk). My range is absolute lowest to highest E3-C#6. I’m pretty busy with homework(AP Music Theory gives work all the time), but I usually have Fridays available in the afternoon, with Saturdays and Sundays available usually all day. Something that’s both a good and sometimes annoying thing about me is I can really easily notice mistakes and inconsistencies in pitch and timing to the point where I get extremely frustrated if it isn’t addressed. I’m great at remembering the correct pitches or what the key a song is in is supposed to sound like. One weakness of mine when it comes to music is that I find I’m too critical at times, but I just want to do whatever I can to help my fellow musicians improve and thrive. I’m really good at sightreading and enjoy a good vocal challenge!

Influences
- Ella Fitzgerald is 100% my favorite classic Jazz vocalist. I also love Aretha.
- Dave Brubeck is probably my favorite jazz musician, as I have a great fondness for jazz and music in general that is unconventional and plays with atypical and changing time signatures.
- Jacob Collier is probably my favorite musician overall and is basically a musical god in my eyes. He’s my musical idol.
- One of my favorite R&B artists is Jazmine Sullivan. I’m just in love with the richness of her voice and her skill, and I can only hope to be as good at runs as she is one day.
- I like Tyler the Creator’s style and have a lot of respect for him as a fellow LGBTQ+ musician.
- As a person who plays Bass in their free time, I really like Thundercat. I also LOVE the style of the genre of Citypop.
