Looking to start a 3 piece vocal-harmony group called Confluence. I'd like to rehearse once per week, with the goal being to play in smaller concert settings. (ie-Ridgefield Playhouse, Katherine Hepburn). I'd like this to be a combination of original pieces and covers. I'm 64 and have been playing for 45 years. I sing in the baritone range. I haven't played out in decades and still work during the day.
I am looking for two other musicians to sing and play with. This will not be a bar band...and we won't play out every week. Most importantly, we will take it seriously and get good enough to be paid for it. If you're not comfortable entertaining an audience and speaking to them...this is definitely not for you.
