Hip & Seasoned CAT, had my A F of M card at age 13, got my start play'in 'Standard' Jazz weekend gigs 'til age 16 when I joined a horn band who did 60's R & B 'Beach' music.. played steady w/ three such groups over 10 yrs..also did percussion in the Charleston Symph during that period.. moved to Atlanta at age 25, joined a Jazz quintet whose book varied Latin, Bebop, Avant-Garde, West Coast Cool, etc..also did C & W Studio calls occasionally...moved to N Y C at age 35, played Big-Band Jazz recreationally for 8 yrs prior to moving to LA where I did 'Call Gigs'.. Am seeking to join other like minded seasoned musicians for whatevah projects might develop...am not constrained by a Day Job and can do bookings accordingly
