SEEKING
Band to Join, Drums, Trumpet, Saxophone, Piano, Trombone, Upright bass.ABOUT
I'm a saxophonist living in the St. Peters area. I played with the Meramec Wednesday Jazz Lab Band from the fall of 1998 to the spring of 2001, and played lead alto with the SIUE Lab Band in fall of 2001 and spring of 2002. I also did some combo work in school. Currently I'm playing with the St. Charles Community College Jazz Band.
Right now I have two main goals:
First and foremost, I'd love an opportunity to find a permanent place in a big band that offers more playing opportunities, as the band at SCCC is more of a lab/class setup. I miss the opportunity to play at different jazz festivals rather than only one concert each semester.
Second, I'm interested in getting back into a quartet again.
