Bass Player from Atlanta. I'm looking for a band or a few musicians to create music with. I'm not picky on covers versus originals - would prefer that if doing covers, they be interesting choices or arrangements. I can practice or meet 1 time per week.

I do enjoy and would want to play out. It could be an open mic, a coffee shop gig, or even one of the local places ie Smith's, Redlight Cafe, or Vinyl, etc. I've played these places before no problem.

Ideally you have a few songs I can learn or help write bass parts for that we can polish up and perform. I'm not interested in practicing 3 hours of material and perfecting it all before taking it from practice to show. I am happy to help write also. If you have some material you can perform but lack experience, I can share my experience and help a newer musician get ready to play out. I'm good with duo/ trio with or without drums.

I also know at least one active local band who we could open for. If any of this description sounds like I'm on your wavelength and you need a bass player, please let me know. I have references from other musicians I've played with. I also have some limited studio experience and above average audio equipment knowledge.

I have the usual required bass stuff. 4 and 5 string. I've played fretless in the past and would again if it's a good fit. I would just need a fretless bass, which would be an easy pickup.
