I've been playing bass for about 20 years, but recently haven't been playing as much. Of all the bands I've been in, I've had the most fun playing country and southern rock and would like to try that again. Oddly, that's not what I listen to that often, but it's fun to play. I'd love to find some patient funk/fusion musicians to work with. I'm not sure how well I'd do since it's something I listen to more than play, but I'd like to try it out.

80s and 90s metal (Metallica, Poison, Motley Crue, Tesla, etc.). Some jazz (Bela Fleck, Victor Wooten, Jaco Pastorius). Lots of studio country musicians.
