Goga Subtiliora
Goga Subtiliora Track number: 2 Year: 2002 Album: From The Past Genre: Acoustic
Some of my music is informed by compositional techniques from the past. This piece was written in the style of a 14th-century isorhythmic motet. The counterpoint of the upper parts employs hocket (found at sections where a tenor pattern begins) and double leading tone cadences, both of which are common stylistic elements found in 14th-century motets.

Chernobyl
Chernobyl Track number: 4 Year: 1996 Album: Your Time Is Up Genre: Metal
A fantasy on what a nuclear accident might sound like, this piece was improvised. I played the guitars in the piece with an electronic bow (an "e-bow" which allows the strings to vibrate without an initial pluck) and a glass slide.
