The Deltaz are a popular Malibu-based rock power trio playing their own brand of classic blues. Although they add their own unique musical wisdom, they each have been inspired by the greats of the Mississippi Delta, such as Robert Johnson & Muddy Waters. This unique association of music would not be possible without the influence of 60s rock legends such as: Cream, The Jimi Hendrix Experience & The Who, as well as John Coltrane and Paul Butterfield.
The result is a rich mixture of bluesy rock with a splash of jazz mixed into the distinct original songs created by the Deltaz Lead Singer/Guitarist Ted Siegel, Bassiest Dane Sandborg recently departed from the group Drummer, John Siegel and Harmonica player Catfish Clark. The band has recently played local parties, global fundraisers as well as the Malibu Inn, The Roxy and California State University at Northridge. As well as there beloved home the Leo Carrillo Campground Theater...........
