We’re a rock band in Orange County called Desert of Talking Shadows. We’ve been a band for almost 5 years now and have accomplished many great feats in such a short time, such as, traveling to Chicago to record with Steve Albini (Nirvana, Pixies), recording at the world famous United Recording (Kendrick Lamar, Paramore, Green Day), playing and packing the Troubadour in Los Angeles, Welcome to Rockville festival in Florida, NAMM at the Anaheim convention center for Gibson Guitars, etc. Our most recent show was to a sold out Constellation Room in Santa Ana.

We’re looking for a committed and experienced bass player between the age of 20-27 that can play all sorts of styles of playing such as finger, slap, and pick. Currently we have opportunities w/label interest and great show opportunities around the OC and LA areas quite frequently, all we need is a consistent bass player.

We practice at Mikey’s house in La Habra during the week at 1:30pm, 3 times a week (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)

If you can’t do those 3 days we can figure something out to work with your schedule.
