I wrote/co-wrote songs, mostly as a hobby, when I was in my 20's and 30's. I also was in a few bands, playing rock, blues, country music, and some original songs. The last band I was in stopped playing a few years ago. That is when I started writing again - I am taking it more seriously now. My original songs are almost any genre, including rock, folk-rock, alternative, Americana, pop, country, and blues. My goal is to get my songs out there, whether it be through collaboration, starting a band, or writing music for existing acts or solo artists. My song recordings are raw, most with the simple intent of getting the idea recorded.
I would consider playing out, maybe start a band, but do not want it to interfere with my original works.
