It's been a long time since I was in my last band, and I would like to join up with some like-minded musicians again. Over the past year, I have been practicing/playing my drums quite consistently again, and I still feel like I can come up with decent beats and song ideas to contribute to a band. So here I am trying to find a band/project to be in.

I really would like to create indie/alt rock music with a band, record the music, and play out locally. I have a job and family commitments, but I can do a local project. Just want one more good project to join. I'd like to be in an original group, writing and playing original music. I think my approach to the drums is my own, so my contribution should be interesting. I am able to practice/play out 1-2 times a week, nights mostly.

Drums: 4-piece, with an added side tom, single bass pedal, with 3-4 cymbals, hi-hats. I've never been a big kit player with a large number of drums and cymbals. Pretty much just a basic set up.
